GFREE Decatur Support Group will meet Monday, July 18, 2011, 6:30 p.m., at the office of Dr. Tom Rohde, Renew Total Body Wellness Center, 3798 E. Fulton Avenue in Decatur.  We will  be tasting different gluten free beers/ciders.  I have found about six different “flavors”. Feel free to bring a sample beer if you like,  and as always, your favorite GF treats are certainly welcome.  Hope to see you there!

We’re proud to announce the start up of a new support group for everyone facing challenges with the gluten free diet in our area! It’s a great way to meet new friends, share/learn new GF tips, GF recipes, and be a part in making our community more aware of the need for more gluten free options. Come by Saturday, April 16th to help us celebrate.  Anytime between 10:00 am and 2;30 pm you can sample new gluten free products, i.e., homemade cinnamon rolls (yummy!), Liz Lovely cookies, mac ‘n cheese, and a few other delicious surprises and new products!  Of course, you can also enjoy a cup of gourmet coffee or tea and don’t forget to register for the door prizes.  Hope to see you Saturday!
